Do you ship outside the US?
We’re sorry, but Bike Rack Shops only ships within the United States and Canada. Shipping to Canada is available unless stated otherwise in the item description. Canadian orders must be placed over the phone.
Product Availability & Shipment of Out-of-Stock Items
We keep as many products as possible in stock and available for immediate shipment. We post backorder information as quickly as we can, so be sure to read all the information on the product pages so that you are aware if a product is backordered.
If your order contains an item that is out of stock or backordered, we will hold your entire order until the out-of-stock/backordered item is back in stock. We will notify you promptly via email of any such delays and give you a best estimate of when the item will be back in stock and your order available for shipment.
When will my order ship out?
In-stock items (unless otherwise noted):
- Standard shipping—Order before 4 p.m. CST for order to be shipped the same business day.
- Express shipping—Order before 4 p.m. CST for order to be shipped the same business day.
Out-of-stock items: Please see Product Availability, above.
Direct from Manufacturer items: We pride ourselves in keeping the great majority of our products stocked in our warehouse and ready to ship the same day you place your order; however, the size and shape of certain bike racks makes the cost of shipping to our warehouse and out to our customers too expensive for both of us. When this is the case, racks will be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer, usually within 24 hours of us receiving your order. The shipping details tab for each product clearly indicates whether an item ships from our warehouse or directly from the manufacturer.
When can I expect to receive my order?

Estimated UPS Delivery Schedule. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you select and availability of the items you have ordered. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped to you. Please review "Product Availability" above for delivery of orders containing out-of-stock/backordered items.
Standard Shipping within the US (contiguous 48 states) and Canada
Bike Rack Shops currently ships all orders via UPS. Shipping rates are calculated based on destination and package weight. To ensure that you receive your package, we require a signature on our UPS shipments, so be sure that someone is available at the shipping address during delivery hours. We cannot be responsible for any carrier delays in delivery.
For Larger Shipments & Commercial Orders:
Under certain conditions, we may ship your order using a freight carrier other than UPS. One condition is if it will reduce the shipping costs to save you money. The other condition is if the order exceeds 150 pounds; this is typically the case with orders of multiple bike racks or large commercial rack orders. UPS will not ship orders exceeding 150 pounds, so if your order is larger in size or weight, then our bike rack specialists will evaluate if potential freight saving are available by contacting multiple freight carriers on your behalf.
We will work with you to evaluate the best shipping options for your order. No matter which freight carrier ships your order, we will provide tracking information so you can have the most up to date information on when your order will arrive. For those items that require an alternative carrier, you will see "Common Carrier" as the shipping option in your Shopping Cart.
Express Shipping within the U.S. (contiguous 48 states) and Canada
You can have any order shipped by Next-Day, 2nd-Day, or 3-Day delivery for an additional charge.
Delivery time is based on business days, which do not include weekends. Express shipping charges are based on the package weight and destination zip code.To ensure that you receive your package, a signature is required on all UPS (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day) shipments so be sure that someone is available at the shipping address during delivery hours. We recommend shipping to a business address. We cannot be responsible for any carrier delays in delivery.
NOTE: Selecting a faster delivery method DOES NOT speed up the manufacturing of your item(s)—it only speeds up the delivery of your order once your item(s) have been manufactured and have left the warehouse.
