IMPORTANT: All returns must be received at BikeRackShops.com within 30 days of the original invoice date, unused, and in the original packaging, including all parts and paperwork.
Return Policy Conditions
Items that you return or exchange must be in the condition that you received them and in the original box. Once we receive your return item(s), we will credit your original payment method for the full purchase price of each item in the return shipment.

Return Policy - Non-Defective Merchandise
- Before returning an item, you must contact Bike Rack Shops to receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number:
- To obtain an RA Number please call 1-877-367-4253. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you with the returns process.
- Write the RA Number prominently on outside of carton, so it is easy to see.
- Returns without a valid RA Number may result in delayed processing of your refund.
- Any item that is returned to us more than 30 days from the original invoice date, or that has been installed, used, altered, or shows any signs of wear will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked. Both UPS and FedEx Ground Shipping meet these requirements.
- Customer shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs to return an item-including an item that qualified for a special free-shipping offer-are the customer’s responsibility.
- A 15% repackaging/processing charge will be applied to the return of all merchandise deemed resalable.
- Close-out items are not eligible for returns.
- We will credit the payment method used with the item’s purchase price less shipping costs.
Return Policy - Defective Merchandise
BikeRackShops.com will gladly assist you with warranty issues according to each manufacturer’s warranty guidelines.
- If any item arrives in less than satisfactory condition as a result of manufacturer defect, please call us at 1-877-367-4253 within 24 hours of receipt. We will determine whether to replace the defective part or to request that the entire product be returned at our expense.
- If we determine that it is necessary to replace your entire product, we will send you a pre-paid UPS shipping label for use in returning your order.
- Upon our receipt of the defective item, we will replace it with the identical item at our expense.

Bike Rack Shops can not guarantee that order cancellations sent by email will be received and processed.
- We are often unable to cancel processed orders on specialty or custom-made items.
- Unfortunately, we are also unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped.
