When will I receive my order?
We post backorder information as quickly as we can on a product’s page, so be sure to read all the information. If your order contains an item that is out of stock or backordered, we will hold your entire order until the out-of-stock/backordered item is back in stock. We will notify you promptly via email of any such delays and give you a best estimate of when the item will be back in stock and your order available for shipment. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped to you.

How can I cancel an order?
- We accept order cancellations by PHONE ONLY!
- Please CALL 1-877-367-4253 as soon as possible to cancel an order.
- Phones are answered from 8:00am to 5:00pm Central Time on regular business days.
- DO NOT USE EMAIL TO CANCEL AN ORDER!
Bike Rack Shops does not guarantee that order cancellations sent by email will be received and processed.

Is it too late to cancel or change my order?
- We are often unable to cancel or change processed orders on specialty or custom-made items.
- Unfortunately, we are also unable to cancel or change orders that have already been shipped.

Which shipping carriers does Bike Rack Shops use?
Bike Rack Shops currently ships all orders via UPS. Upon request (and approval of additional charges), orders can also be shipped via UPS express services. A few large items require common carrier (large truck) shipping; for these items, you will see "Common Carrier" as the shipping option in your Shopping Cart.

How much does shipping cost?
Your shipping charges depend upon the distance the package must travel to reach you. We will calculate your shipping costs for you during your order entry.

- Standard shipping—Order before 6 a.m. EST for order to be shipped the same business day.
- Express shipping—Order before 3 p.m. EST for order to be shipped the same business day.

Do you ship outside the US?
We’re sorry, but Bike Rack Shops only ships within the United States and Canada. Shipping to Canada is available unless stated otherwise in the item description. Canadian orders must be placed over the phone.

Are there any extra charges for shipping to Canada?
Shipping to Canada does involve additional charges, which we will discuss with you when you call us to place your order. Customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees.

Do I have to pay a Restocking Fee when I return an item? How much is the fee?
When you return an item to us, you’ll be responsible for paying a 15% restocking fee unless you place a new order at the time of return.

Do you have replacement parts?
As a retailer of bike racks, we are not involved in the manufacturing process and unfortunately are not able to carry replacement parts for the bike racks we sell. We will gladly assist you in contacting the manufacturer, or you can check the manufacturer's website directly for the replacement part or customer service number.
