Limited Lifetime Warranty
effective on new racks purchased after January 1, 2008
Hollywood Racks will warranty its car racks and
accessories during the time that an original retail
purchaser owns the product subject to the exclusions
and limitations of this warranty. Hollywood Racks will
remedy defects in materials and workmanship by
repairing or replacing (at its option) a defective part
without charge for labor or parts. Hollywood Racks
may elect (at its option) to issue a refund equal to the
purchase price paid for the product.
This warranty does not cover problems caused by
normal wear and tear including (but not limited to)
weather, scratches, dents, rust, accidents, unlawful
vehicle operation, misuse, abuse, neglect, theft,
unauthorized modifications, or unauthorized repair. No warranty is given for defects resulting in incorrect
assembly, incorrect installation onto the vehicle, installation on a "no fit" vehicle, incorrect attachment of
bicycles onto the rack, or overloading of the rack’s weight restrictions. This warranty terminates if the
original retail purchaser transfers the product to any other person.

Disclaimer of Liability: Repair or replacement of a defective product or the issuance of a refund or
credit (as determined by Hollywood Racks) is a purchaser’s exclusive remedy under this warranty.
Damage to a purchaser’s vehicle, cargo, bicycles and or to any other person is excluded. This warranty is
expressly made in lieu of any and all other express warranties, whether oral or written.
Hollywood Racks shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive or
any other damages in connection with the purchase, use or handling of this product.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages and the
above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you have other
rights, which vary from state to state.
Garantie à vie limitée (Pour porte vélo nouveau acheté après le 1 Janvier, 2008)
Hollywood Racks ganrantie ses porte-vélos et accessoires à l’acheteur initial tant qu’il est le propriètaire
et que le produit ne soit pas dans les exclusions et limitations de la garantie. Hollywood Racks couvrira les
defaults de matériel ou d’assemblage en réparant ou en remplacant (à son option) le porte vélo complet ou
la pièce défectueuse gratuitement pour la pièce et la main d’oeuvre. Hollywood Racks peut choisir (à son
option) de rembourser au même prix d’achat du consomateur.
Cette garantie ne couvre pas les problèmes par usure normale comme
(mais non limitée à),le temps, rayures, rouille, accidents, toutes infractions de conduite, mauvais utilisage,
abus, négligence, vol, modifications ou/et réparations non autorisées. Garantie annulée pour les defauts dû
d’un assemblage incorrecte, une installation incorrecte sur le vehicule, installation sur un véhicule non
recommendé, un attachement incorrecte des vélos sur le produit, ou sur-chargement du porte vélo. Cette
garantie n’est plus valide si l’acheteur initiale transfer le produit à une autre personne.

Clause de non-responsabilité: Reparation ou remplacement d’un produit défectueux ou rembousement ou
crédit (determiné par Hollywood Racks) est la seule possibilité sous cette garantie. Dommage au vehicule
de l’acheteur initial, cargo, vélos et ou à toutes autres personnes est exclus. Cette garantie est la seule
expressément accordée au lieu de toute autre garantie écrite ou orale.
Hollywood Racks ne sera pas responsible pour tout incident, directe ou indirecte,unique ou consécutif,
spécial, punitives ou tout autre dommage en relation avec l’achat ou l’utilisation du produit.

accidentes,las operaciones de Vehiculos ilegales,el uso Indebido,abuso,abandono,el robo,modificaciones no
autorizadas,o reparaciones inautorizadas.
No garantia por resultados de mal emsanble o mala istalacion en el vehiculo.istalacion en vehiculos que no
queda el producto,incorrecta fijación de las bicicletas en los soportes,o mas pesor del que es permitido.esta
garantia termina si el comprador se la trasfiere a otra persona.
