The Access Versa Cargo Carrier is made from durable and rugged powder-coated steel which enables the rack to withstand the conditions outdoor enthusiasts put it through. The aluminum accents enhance the visual appeal of the rack. The anti-rattle tightening hitch bolt with lock, included with the rack, cinches the hitch bar to the side of the receiver wall eliminating sway and instability that normally occurs with other cargo racks.
